  • Patient data/ clinic data:Data from clients and users on patients, such as medical records, prescriptions, test results and patient financial accounts.
  • Data Control Officer:Who shall determine the purpose and means of processing data.
  • Data Processor:On behalf of the arbitrator and on instructions.
Account and invoice data

ClinixaShe is the data controller and is responsible for determining how to use and protect such data.

Patient data

Clinic (worker)She's the data controller, and Clinixa works as a technician only implementing the clinic's instructions.

03The data we collect

  • Registration data:Name, e-mail, phone number, clinic name, address, specialization.
  • Invoice data:Pay details are handled through certified external payers, and we don't store your full card data on our servers.
  • Use data:ENTRY REGISTRATION RECORDS, IP ADDRESS, TYPE OF APPLAUSE AND DEVICE, PAGES AND FEATURES USED — FOR PURPOSES OF IMPROVING SERVICE AND SAFETY.
  • Clinic and patient data:All that the client and his staff enter the system, such as medical files, prescriptions, dates and accounts.

04How do we use your data

  • Provision and operation of the platform and its features (dates, recipes, medical files, accounts ...).
  • Manage your account, share and issue invoices.
  • Send service notices (date confirmation, system updates, computer notices) via e-mail or affiliation.
  • Improve the platform ' s performance and develop new features, through aggregated use data analysis where possible.

05Patient data and medical files

Patient data — such as medical records, diagnostics, prescriptions, test results and patient financial statements — are one of the most sensitive data, and we commit ourselves to dealing with them with the utmost care.

  • Clinixa acts only as a technical therapist for these dataThe clinic is the account holderIt must obtain the necessary consent of the patients in accordance with applicable laws, such as the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Act.
  • Clinixa ' s data reach patients only within the limits necessary to provide technical support or maintenance, and only when required.
  • If you're sick and want to access, modify or delete your data, please communicate directly with the registered clinic, because it's who's responsible for your data.

06Legal basis for treatment

  • Legitimate interest:To improve service, maintain safety, prevent fraud.
  • Legal obligation:To maintain computer records in accordance with tax and accounting laws.
  • Okay:In cases that require express consent from you, such as optional marketing communication if any.

07Cookies

  • We use basic identification files to maintain the entry registration hearing and preserve language preferences (Arabic/English).
  • We may use analytical tools to understand how to use the marketing site in a aggregated and unrelated form.
  • You can control the attachment identification files through the preparation of your browser, noting that their disruption may affect the entry registration work and some platform functions.

08Data participation with third parties

09Data safety

  • An internal system of powers that determines who can access any data based on his role (doctor, receptionist, accountant).
  • Daily automatic backups for data.
  • Ongoing control to detect any unusual activity on the accounts.

However, there is no 100% safe system. In the event of any substantial security breach affecting your data, we commit ourselves to notify the affected agents in accordance with applicable laws.

10Duration of data retention

  • We keep account and clinic data throughout the participation period.
  • At the end of the account, we keep the data for 30 days to enable you to export it or reactivate the account, and then delete it once and for all.
  • We may maintain some of the computer data for a longer period to comply with applicable tax and accounting laws.

11Your data rights

If you're the owner of the clinic's account

You can access your account data, correct them and export them, or request that the account be completely deleted, through the control board or contact with technical support.

If you're sick

Please communicate directly with the clinic in which your medical file is registered, as it is responsible for your data and those with access, modification or deletion.

If you're an employee of a clinic

Please contact the clinic department where you work to modify your powers or request that your data be removed as a staff member of the system.

12The privacy of children and minors

The platform is intended for use by clinics and adult medical personnel, and children are not targeted as direct users of the control board.

The clinic ' s data may include medical files for minor patients, which are introduced by the medical cadre in the normal medical practice. It is the responsibility of obtaining the consent of the guardian and complying with the laws relating to the protection of minors ' statements that are made by the clinic (account holder) as the controller in those statements.

13Amendments to this policy

Clinixa is entitled to update this privacy policy from time to time to keep abreast of legal, technical or operational developments. Any substantive changes will be notified through the registered e-mail or through a notice within the control board, with the date of confidentiality.

Continued use of the platform after the amendments enter the implementation space is your approval of the updated policy.
